Partner application privacy

Mr Property Asia, part of Siam Solutions Group and based in Koh Samui, Thailand, collects the information you submit to assess your business for a potential partnership and respond to your enquiry.

What we collect and why

Contact information, business location and ownership structure, portfolio size, team information, operational challenges, growth plans and partnership interests. Please do not submit passports, financial account details, guest or owner personal records, or other sensitive documents through this form.

Applications are stored privately using Supabase infrastructure in Singapore and reviewed by authorised recruitment staff. The website is hosted on Vercel. We do not publish your application or sell your contact information.

Contact and updates

We may contact you about this application. Future network updates require the separate optional opt-in on the form, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention and requests

Our recruitment retention policy is to review records within 24 months of the last recruitment activity and delete or anonymise records no longer needed. You may request access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal by writing to the Siam Solutions contact form. Approved partnerships may require separate records and agreements.

We also keep a salted hash of the submission network address for abuse prevention for up to 24 hours. It is not used for marketing. Submissions receive a reference only after storage succeeds.
